		<description>Basically the hackle represents the legs as they flail in the water  when they get caught in the current or if they are trying to swim. Soft hackles represent them well.</description>

Golden Barbels Fish Eyes w/red eyes
Black Magnum Rabbit Strip
Olive Magnum Rabbit Strip
Two strands of holographic tinsel on each side
One clump of black Raccoon Fur for throat
Black Laser Dubbing for the head, brushed out.

I tie the Laser Dubbing in after everything else is tied in.  I leave about a 1/4 of space in behind the eye for the Laser Dubbing.  I tie it in like you would for a wool head, in clumps.  Instead of trimming it though, I brush it out to make all nice an furry.
